When does the contact details card appear?

After triage, the contact details card will show up for the patient.

The contact details card allows the patient to confirm whether or not the contact details on file are accurate or not. If the details are accurate, the patient has the option to confirm them.

If the details are not accurate, the patient will then be prompted to inform the registration desk of the error so that it can be corrected.
