When the patient is presented with their contact details, they have the option to either confirm or reject the accuracy of the details being shown.
If the patient confirms the accuracy of the details shown, they will be presented with this text:
- "Thank you for confirming your details, this will help us provide you with a better care experience in the ER. If updates are needed, please speak with the registration staff before the end of your visit."
If the patient rejects the accuracy of the details shown, they will be presented with this text:
- "Please speak with the registration staff before your visit is over to update your details. Having updated information will help us provide you with a better care experience in the ER."
