Ensure the patient connects to the guest wifi.

To help with connectivity, we typically recommend that the patient connect to the guest wifi. Here are some troubleshooting steps:

  1. Ensure that the guest is connected to the correct guest wifi network. Connection to the wrong public wifi can sometimes cause connectivity issues.
  2. If you suspect that there is an issue with the guest wifi, please contact your facilities Help Desk for additional support.
