After logging into Vital Response (see how to login here), you will be able to update the wait times by following these steps:
- Verify that you are in the correct facility. You can do this by viewing the facility name at the top left of the screen.
- In the upper part of the screen and to the right of the PATIENTS tab, click on the WAIT TIMES tab.
- To the right of each step in the ED visit, you will find a drop-down menu with a preset list of wait times. Please select the most appropriate option for each step.
- Once each step has the appropriate wait time, click the Update Wait Times button to save all changes.
