The patient wants their family member to log into the app for them

Add any number to the patient's file to get the text messages.

It is often the case that patient's will want their loved ones or care takers to log in for them. We fully support this.

  • Simply add the family member or care giver's phone number to the patient's registration record.
  • As long as no one else has already accessed the application, the family member or care giver will receive the text message.
  • Remind the family member or care giver to use the patient's last name exactly as it is entered in registration.
