Why hasn't the patient has not received a text message with the invite?

Initial texts can take up to 5 minutes to receive.

Sometimes text messages can be delayed by up to 5 minutes. If the patient still hasn't received a text message, you can try the following:

  1. Ensure that the patient has a smartphone.
  2. Verify that the patient's phone number is entered correctly into the registration system.
